Menu

Monday:

Breakfast: cereal
Lunch: pasta with chicken and sauce
Dinner: Corned beef and cabbage

Tuesday:

Breakfast: Pancakes
Lunch: Pizza
Dinner: Dopiaza

Wednesday:

Breakfast: egg and toast
Lunch: chicken nuggets and broccoli, cheese for dipping
Dinner: Spicy chicken curry

Thursday

Breakfast: waffles
Lunch: turkey tentrazini
Dinner: leftovers, probably lasagna

Friday

Breakfast: yogurt and blueberries
Lunch: graham cracker peanut butter and jelly sandwich
Dinner: Pasanday and aloo gobi

Corned beef is the regular way otowi - you need the right cut though which doesn't come halal - but it does come kosher.

Muslim Wife - it's a pakistani dish...means two onions. Very good. I'll post the recipe soon insh'Allah if you are interested.

salaams sis, you inspired me to get my act together! :) I made a menu w/ my mom, took "inventory" of the pantry and freezer, did the shopping list, etc and even cooked an unplanned soup today in addition to the main meal so my DH can have something homemade for his lunch at work :) Perhaps if i keep up with this i will get out of my food rut... yes, definately have been in a food rut over here lately... newborn babies will do that to you LOL!... take care!

That's awesome UmmAdam! It gets easier and easier and then you don't even have to think about what you are making/need anymore.
