i found a website with good recipes for hydro biriani and that meatless hydro tamatar ki chutney...it is hyderabadi-kitchen.blogspot.com
she has other good stuff as well.
i just made the biriani today, albeit with a simplified version of her recipe. i haven't tasted it yet cuz it is "dumming." i'll let u know how it comes out, but i was just so excited i thought i'd point u to that site, too :-)

I found a good recipe that maybe you would like...it's for a soup called Harira. So full and hearty....I ate two bowls of it, and my stomach hurt all night. But a great winter soup all the same!
