It's a pakistani dessert...shahi tukray...not sure of the spelling. Bread and milk and butter...delightful yummyness!

double roti ka meetha is the hydro name, shahi tukray is the Pak/N. Indian name is one of those hydro/lucknow differences. in lucknow it is considered fancy and served at parties, while for hydros it is about as fancy as jello. My MIL has a story about that. :-) I'm not to crazy about it cuz it is just fried bread in sweet milk. actually, maybe I do like it, I am just saying that cuz I know it's bad for my thighs :)
