i would love to know how you make a pot roast, although i have yet to get a pot roast cooker! lol But my mom use to do pot roast every week and would set it at like 5am when she left for work so it was done when we got home from school and ready for dinner. I would love to make this one day! I have officially declared thursdays "american" day in our house...lol I have to have atleast 1 american dish a week or i go crazy and start to crave burgers and fries. lol
I just do it in a heavy bottomed stock pot. I used the recipe from Joy of Cooking...will post soon for you. :-)
