Zarba (Pakistani Dessert)
I didn't end up liking this dessert. I think it would have been better without the dahl but still...it's not my type of dessert. Husband's either. MIL loves it though. She doesn't make it with the dahl.

I have to admit that neither of us cared for it very much...
Hi, the name is not Zarba it is Zarda. I have been born and brought up is paksitan and I have never seen zarda look like this:) it is rice but the colour is pale yellow and Zarda is the word for pale yellow colour in Urdu ..... So I hope you can change the name to Zarda :)
And if you try a proper Zarda I am sure you will love it !
